Copper Jack Stone masterminds a bank robbery to deliberately get himself thrown into prison where he can confront the notorious Russian kingpin Balam, a cunning and dangerous crime lord who secretly controls the city as its king from behind bars. Balam's lavish private cell within the prison is a well-guarded fortress, yet even the warden avoids this area. Surrounded by loyal henchmen and guards, Balam remains unaware that Jack is plotting revenge for the murder of his family by Balam himself.
